Properties were great. The place is really beautiful and the kids loved it. However, we loaded dish washer before leaving for the parks so we would have clean dishes when we returned. Opened dishwasher to find it was broke. The dishes had to be unloaded and hand washed in order to cook Dinner. I did report to desk and they did offer to fix right away which was a plus. FYI- The buses do not pick up at this location for any of the parks as stated on the advertisement when I booked. You have to use own vehicle or use Lyft/Uber.
