Our group enjoyed our stay at the house we rented. It was spacious with lots of rooms to accommodate our group. The house was clean, the pool was nice and the kitchen was huge. The property was secure and the neighbors were nice. We would stay at this property again in the future.

House was plenty large enough for our 4 generations. Two refrigerators and dishwashers helped a lot. Kitchen island was huge as was dinning room table. Pool and sauna area was great for kids.

Poppy's 90th birthday celebration
We had 15 adults at this house to celebrate my father's 90th birthday. There was plenty of space for all of us. We had a wonderful time just enjoying the pool and hot tub and each others company. Kenny was wonderful to work with. We would definitely stay here again!

Meets the needs of a big group
Our team retreat was held at this property for the second straight year. The spacious home with numerous bedrooms and bathrooms, made it great for our team of 15 persons this year. The hot tub and pool are a nice addition, the kitchen served our needs for meals and the space was adequate for our meeting during the week. We would suggest new mattresses for the beds and some additional kitchen supplies, such as rolling pin, serving dishes and bowls, more cooking pans for a better equipped kitchen.

Our Family of 26 really enjoy this property. It was able to accommodate us all comfortably. It had everything we need for our Christmas breakfast. Great location to all parks. We really enjoyed Christmas in Disney.

Disney Christmas with family and friends
The home is very spacious and perfect for large groups. We had 2 families with all adults. Rooms had their own bathrooms for the most part, plenty of towels. The kitchen had 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers. Plenty of seating for everyone. We had a wonderful week at Disney only being about 25-30 drive away. Recommend! We would stay here again!

The house was large and spacious. The property is excellent for large families. The beds are not for heavy people they are low and in one of the bedrooms the bed very weak. Plenty of bath towels and face towels on property. Overall I would recommend this property. My family enjoyed it. The property manager communicates well and in a timely manor.

Family Get Together
Very spacious house that fit all our needs. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. Saw a couple bugs (Florida Fall), but Jack came out and took care of the problem. We loved the heated pool, hot tub and patio. Seating for our group of 19 was perfect inside and out. Would recommend this house. Would rent it again. There is a resort pool, and lazy river (extra charge). But we loved our pool best.

We had a great time at this house in Florida. We enjoyed the big house and all the bedrooms. The management company responded well to a couple problems. We did have an issue using the pool the day we were home because of chemicals being added. Other than that it was a great time.

The parking availability was awful. One guest had a parking pass but could not find a parking place and had to park on the street in front of the house until one was available. In the mean time a towing employee tried to tow her car but asked her to pay him $60 not to tow her car. She paid the $60. I think that is robbing people. Can something be done?

Perfect getaway for large group!
We did a team building event and this house was perfect. We each had our own room and bathroom and the pool area is amazing. The house was clean and easy to get to and we enjoyed all the amenities. Would most definitely come back!

Needed grab rails to get out of pool. Family member fell getting out of pool. Went to get first aid kit and the kit was empty. Called manager and a kit was delivered later that afternoon. Looked like a smoke detector was taken apart above the door when you first walked in. The pool was milky and was unable to use it the first day after chemicals were put in.

Super easy and roomy for giant friend group
This place was super easy to organize for a group of 19 adults. The place was clean, instructions were clear every step of the way. We ubered to Epcot for one day. The pool was great. The neighborhood kind of feels like a suburban dystopia because all the houses are the same lol but it really was the perfect place for our stay! Would recommend.

We had a great stay. The property is nice and big. We had 27 people staying in the home and had plenty of space for everyone. The pool and hot tub were a hit. We used the home as a central location for all activities planned including 2 different beaches, 2 different MLB Spring Training games, and 2 days at Disney. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Great experience for a large family.
With the 11 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms, this home had ample room for everyone to have their own space. Great kitchen area with plenty of seating for a large meal time. Having pool just steps away really made the difference. Definitely coming back.

Everything was great
The house and environs suited us well for our work-team retreat. The proximity to airport, entertainment, restaurants was convenient. We had a very good week together and once we figured out navigating in with 7 cars with the 5 passes we were good to go. We asked to check in one hour early and paid an additional $68 with taxes for the one hour, likely would not do that again. Otherwise, all was very nice and we had no issues to report.

Missing some minor details.
They could've stocked up some salt, pepper packets etc in the kitchen. Also provide a better soap in the bathrooms. Just minor details that are missing when you rent out such a big property. Having said this, the location is fantastic and the place is quite clean and spacious.
