Let me start by saying that we had a comfortable stay, in a good location for Disney. The house was as advertised and communication with the owner before arrival was good. This house fit our budget, which we realized was low for the number of people we had. The beds were comfortable & there were lots of towels. It could however use some updates. Even though we had a pleasant stay, there were a few things that may be helpful to others. For a house of this size (5 bedrooms, so potentially 10 people) there is enough cutlery for exactly 10, and not enough plates and glasses. There is 1 sectional in the living room area and it is old & uncomfortable. We didn't plan on staying inside, but we had a rainy day. Also, the TV's do not work. The owner said to contact the cable company, but the last thing I want to do on my holiday is be on the phone trying to figure out how to get cable TV. The salt water pool is nice, but there are no markings as to depth. Be aware that it drops off quickly. There is no rope for the deep end, or a rail on the stairs. There is also no skimmer net. It's there, but just the frame-there is no net. The lights in some of the bathrooms were missing bulbs, and outlets were coming out of the walls. The latch on the patio door is broken, making it impossible to lock the door. Over all we had a pleasant enough stay, but I would probably not stay here again.

This house was beautiful and roomy. It was perfect for what we needed. It had nearby restaurants and grocery stores, and was not far from Orlando and Disney. It was an overall great stay.

Wonderful!
We loved the house! There was plenty of room for all of us, kids loved the pool!! The owner was wonderful to work with and had great communication when I had questions!! I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful home to stay in when in Florida!

We had 3 small children (3to4), 1 young child age 9, 2 teens 14 and 17. 4 adults. House was spacious and clean. Convenient for shopping and theme parks. The heated pool was a plus.

Great Family Trip
House was very clean and beautiful. Beds were very comfortable. Host answered all questions very quickly. Getting keys was a breeze due to great communication. Location was good with lots of stores and restaurants near by. Wasn’t a bad drive to go to the attractions we chose. Overall great stay with plenty of room for our family of 8 adults and 2 small kids. Loved that there was a crib in one room and other baby equipment available if need it.

Nice stay
We use VRBO on a regular basis. This home was clean and located in a quiet neighborhood. There was a pool but we didn't use it. The beds were very comfortable. There was an issue with the sprinkler while we were there. We spoke to the homeowner directly. He was very kind and easy to talk to. We would consider staying in this home again in the future.

Great house-- great location-- trying to get information from property manager was a pain. The only time she was immediate with a response was when I told her the pool wasn't heated -- she texted back about two hours later saying the pool was 90. Don't waste money on heating the pool it's not warm and after that initial message wasn't warm the rest of the time. The tv wouldn't play cable--I messaged her - no response--- the dryer wouldn't heat-- no response-/ my husband finally fixed the dryer but not what he wanted to do on my vacation!! Only rated 3 stars because of the lack of communication from property manager

We enjoyed out stay. The only problem we had was we didn't get any check-in information other than we could check in after 4pm. When we arrived we couldn't get into the house. I was about to call the owner when a cleaning lady arrived to check on something and she helped us into the house.

We loved it, definitely wlild stay again, the only downfall was the pool not being filtered and chemicals in it. Couldnt get the ceiling light on in the master bedroom either. Place was clean, and very comfortable.

Just right!
This was our first trip to Florida, and the house location was perfect. It took us 30 minutes to get to Disney, and 1.5 hours to get to the Kennedy Space Center and a beach. The house was very clean and spacious. We noticed that a police officer lived down the street. The pool was great we used it almost everyday. We paid for the pool to be heated, but the heat was inconsistent.

House was nice and laid out well. Neighborhood was perfect for easy access to route 27. Just keep in mind the backyard parallels with that main road, so there is traffic noise while using the pool, but we knew that going in and it didn't lessen the enjoyment of our stay. The rear pool area is very private. The fence appeared to be moved closer to the pool compared to the online photos, but we didn't have small children that might want to play in a rear yard area. Not a big deal, but worth mentioning for families with children. When arriving, there was a small issue with the hot water and the owner took care of it immediately. TV's in every bedroom, plenty of space, comfortable stay.

Everything was great, our stay was amazing and the host was responsive. A couple of comments, request bigger bowls in the kitchen for bigger groups, and the smoke alarm kept beeping because the battery needed changing.

Very nice and quiet neighborhood. Little park at the end of the street for small children. Grocery stores and gas stations are all within a few minutes from the house. We went to Disney and Universal and neither were far away! We paid to heat the pool for a few days, and that too was amazing!! There was plenty of room for 8+ and lots of table space to sit down to eat and play games. Coffee outside by the pool.. pretty great! Its all screened in and no hassle from bugs! Spoke with Jovanni for help and he answered right away! Thank you for allowing us to spend time in your home! We appreciate you!! What a great trip!

When we booked the place six months in advance we requested pool heat as this was an important feature for us, we paid a daily fee. When we arrived pool heat was not working and it took several days for the owner and pool team to fix it, we never received a refund for the days we had no pool heat . Otherwise,. the house was clean and location is convenient.

We went to Florida for a family vacation while our son was on break from University. It was a great stay. The house was amazing... bigger than what we needed but was a location and space to both attend parks close by and relax by the pool. The only issue I would have is that to heat the pool the advertisment with VBRO said $30 daily and they charged us $45 a day. It was easy to get in and check out. Perfect after a long day of traveling.

We had a fabulous time. The house was perfect for the 9 people we had with ages 10 to 75. The pool was heated. The kids loved that ..cause it was the coldest it's been in 50 years for christmas here..the only problems we had were checking in ..forgot to give us the code..and the gas was shut off for heating the house. But with a quick call all of that was taken care of.. the only thing about cleanliness is ...the floor..turns your feet black if your bare foot or have socks on...it looks clean but hides it well.. over all this place is lovely and I would rent it again.

Pay the Cable Bill!
Called the cable company when tv didn’t work. We were told the service was disconnected because the bill wasn’t paid! The gas grill tank was empty! There were not enough wash cloths. The bedrooms and baths were nice. The kitchen adequately stocked. Nice eating areas for a large group. The tile floors were dirty because my socks became black.

Roomy and comfortable as well as clean. Back screen needs fix so pool area can be enjoyed without bugs. That was the only downside and it was extremely a minor one. I look forward to obtaining this residence next year.

Great vacation home for out of town family!
We had a lot of extended family in town for our daughter's wedding and this lovely vacation home was great place for them to stay. We live in the area and didn't have room to house everyone so this was a perfect comfortable option for everyone to have their own bedroom and bathroom space. It was tastefully decorated and very clean. It was so nice for our family members to have a home to stay in with a kitchen and living space to relax in between the festivities of the wedding. This was a great option over a hotel for our out of town guests. Their only request would have been more wash clothes for showering. They all expressed how much they loved staying here and would recommend it to others! Brenda and family

This house was clean and stunning. The pictures do not do it justice. The microwave did not work and we were unaware until the morning to make some breakfast but the homeowners did reach out and let us know they were attempting to get it repaired.

This place was literally 20 minutes from Disney and about 33 minutes from Seaworld..The pool does have a gate around it so the little ones can’t get in.. But this was a nice home and it was stocked with everything you need..We even left a few things for the next guess..

Great villa and location!
We stayed for two weeks in orange tree villa! It’s only one floor but it has so much room, sure was great even though we could use that much because we went to Disney. The beds were comfortable and the rooms are nicely decorated and the kids just screamed when they saw it they loved it so much. It’s been the best fillet yet that we’ve rented and we go back again in a heartbeat!

Home was clean and comfortable. We had paid for the pool to be on but it wasn't when we first arrived. We called the owner he was very kind and turned it on remotely while we were on the phone. We would definitely stay again.
