"My family and I really enjoyed staying at Phillip and Ambers property. The neighborhood was beautiful and they thought of everything- there were extra blankets and pillows, soap, games and even ponchos! I’m not sure that the cost for pool heat was worth it as it was still too cold to be tolerable but we made do inside. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and are grateful to our hosts for opening their home!"

We only had 2 areas of improvement- the couch in the living room is small and not very comfortable, the other minor issue was the gates into the neighborhood didn’t work majority of the time with the bar codes we were given (not the owners fault, everyone seemed to be having gate...

"We had our family vacation at this property and it did not disappoint. There was something for all ages, and enough space and privacy for the baby to nap, the big kids really liked the lazy river and water slides, and I enjoyed the big kitchen, reading my book poolside and never having to hear I’m bored. ;) It was a short 20 minute drive to Disney Springs, and very close to the other parks and restaurants. You really can’t beat the location for a Disney trip."

"First and foremost, Katie was the epitome of an excellent host. She helped us with any questions that we had quickly and efficiently. The home was equipped with all the bells and whistles - even an Alexa in the kitchen that we used to entertain our family . The pool was perfect for our group. Each room has its own unique style. The clubhouse lazy river was the cherry on top of the cake! Our entire family enjoyed it! I would highly recommend this home for your next stay with your family!."

"The home was filled with kids coloring books, games, essentials, and pool toys. There were plenty of towels, bedding, & pillows. Everything was labeled so it made it stress free on finding things or trying to figure out what button worked what. We were very pleased and highly recommend!! Thank you!!"

There really was something for every member of our group! The house was also conveniently located to all the Disney parks. The only small issue we had was late night noise next door on one night. It didn’t last long, and you certainly can’t blame that on the property. Overall a wonderful stay!!"
