The young woman staff were very present and pleasant at the desk. Very good open and spoke English. They helped us a lot. She was not Japanese but spoke very well. We likes the gym but the equipment was old and didn’t work well. The downstairs was noisy as was the street but clean and kind helpful people

Great location! Walking distance to Osaka station, food, shopping. 10 min drive to Osaka castle. 10 min drive to shin Osaka station. Room was large! Clean, comfortable. Would highly recommend.

What I liked was complementary drinks but not really good. The toilet is the latest technology. The best is the shower and Restroom are separated and you do not have to wait for someone to finish. What I did not like is very Expensive Breakfast and Noisy street in front if your room is located in front of the building, you can also hear the Train that goes by.

We liked that the room had plenty of natural light. We were not as happy that one of us had to climb across the other to get out of bed and there were hot-rod cars roaring by in the night. The hotel is right downtown and quieter and cleaner than most area. It is also relatively convenient to the station and to a tree-lined river walk. I wasn’t happy with their shampoo and they didn’t have facial cleanser so I was glad I’d brought my own.

Awesome place if you are staying in Osaka. Would highly recommend. Our favorite place while in Japan and we revealed quite a bit. Plus Roberto at the front desk was awesome!

Clean and spacious hotel room. Modern and stylish lobby. Quite a walk from Osaka Station but generally it is still acceptable. Hotel staffs were friendly and the entire stay duration was a pleasant one.

Every night motorcycle made noisy around 11:00 p.m until 2-3 a.m. Also,the hotel do not have public transportation provide from Airport to Hotel. We need to carry all your luggages from station to hotel around 10-15 min walk.

We stayed in a Deluxe loft, 1 Queen bed with sofa bed Pros: - convenient location, lose to interesting shops and cafes. Short walk to the subway station. Cons: - the room was facing the main street. By night-time it was so noisy. We were on the 4th floor and could hear people talking on the sideways below us and the cars/motorbike noise was all loud all night. Then in the morning, you can hear buses braking every time they stopped. The next morning, I told someone in reception and they were able to offer us a new room on a higher floor (14th) which was much quieter. - the buffet breakfast was simply not good and very low quality. It was included with our stay and we almost wanted to skip it and get something better in the neighbourhood.

This place was an awesome stay in Osaka! The staff was wonderful, the food was great, and the room felt massive compared to our Tokyo and Kyoto hotels. Super clean and comfy. They provided us with fresh water bottles every day which was an added bonus. Highly recommend!

Loved it here so much, the staff were very accommodating and friendly and personable! Close to different lines and beautiful rooms! Only thing was that there are only two laundry machines so you have to reserve a time and it’s a washer/dryer in one, and it did not fully clean /dry out clothes, there is a 2 hour time limit on the washer and we had to go to a laundr-o mat after wasting 2 hours trying to use the ones in the hotel :/ skip the hotel laundry and go to a nearby laundry mat. But that’s the only slightly inconvenient thing, we lived it here so so much!

Staff was great! Robert recommended great places to eat and to shop!! The cleaning crew was a little different. I had to call twice for things they forgot to do. Otherwise a very nice hotel, centrally located and excellent service

Big fluffy bed and lots of fluffy pillows made for a great sleep after walking around all day. Loved the modern decor and really appreciated the amenities (hello drybar products!). Was quiet on the 10th floor. Barely heard any traffic at all.
