I contacted her every day with different questions about the area...

"This large villa is close to Palma city centre (20 mins walk). There are also restaurants and bars by the marina which is only a 10-15 min walk. There is a good supermarket 3 minutes walk away. The villa is fully air- conditioned and has a large pool and patio with ample sun beds. Pedro, the owner, is very friendly and helpful and allowed us a late check out. Overall a very good experience. "

"De villa bestaat uit twee gebouwen. De 3 persoons slaapkamer zit appart van de andere kamers. De kamers zijn prima, alleen het feit dat er geen airco is, is bijna afschrikkend. Het hele bed volzweten en de volgende dag weer in dat zelfde bed zwemmen is niet heel hygiënisch. De reden dat deze villa bijzonder maakt is de tuin, die onwijz groot is met genoeg ligplek. Wel wordt je 24/7 bekeken door bovenstaande appartementen. De plek is voor jongeren heel goed aangezien de bierkönig er terreliik...

"I stayed here with a larger group and it was the perfect accommodation for us to be near the Palma area but also close enough to walking distance to the beach. Also is in very close distance to supermarkets, restaurants, and clubs or bars allowing you to walk almost anywhere you might need to. "Amazing property completely as described. Literally about 10 metres from the beach. Everything you could possibly need in the property including buckets and spades, hosepipes for washing off sand, books including for children, games and Smart TV in case it rains. Feels like a real family home. Wonderful sunsets, quiet area and 5-10 minutes walk to a buses into Palma town and aquarium.
