We didn't like that it didn't have an elevator, and our room was on the 3rd floor, we're seniors and it's very inconvenient. The room was small, but we made it work. Was near many tourist attractions. Staff was super nice.

Room is dusty and dirty. They just change the towel and make up the bed but never vacuum until you request them to do it. No lift and no assistance to help to bring our luggages when checked out. Disappointed

Fantastic location, walking distance to most of the attractions Paris has to offer. Great restaurants and bistros located around the hotel. Although the AC stopped working the second night, it was Melissa at the front desk who made our stay wonderful. She helped bring our luggages up the stairs, was very helpful with navigating the area and had such a wonderful customer services. She was very welcoming and so nice. I’d go back and stay at this property. Tons of Asian restaurants near the property and about 10 mins walk to the Louvre. Take Uber instead of taxi when headed to CDG airport.

Good value for the money on short notice and near the Louvre (as the name says) and other good restaurants and stores. Staff was very helpful with luggage, combining two reservations into one, and spoke English well. About the only drawback is there is no elevator and we were on the fourth floor (actually the fifth floor, since the room itself had another flight of stairs to the loft-style room). Fortunately, staff carried all our heavy luggage (over 130 pounds total) up to the room and then down again upon departure. We were used to climbing lots of mountains and stairs in the Alps before arrival and were ready for the climbing. If you want to see all of Paris, you must do lots of climbing stairs. Breakfast, lunch and dinner bistros (asian and french) right next door, which were very good. We could not have done better without spending at least twice as much money. We would stay again on another Paris trip.

Wonderful staff and location
The staff were so kind and willing to help, they made the stay great. The rooms are small like most places in Paris but they felt very clean and comfortable and the beds were very comfortable as well. There are a few flights of stairs to walk up but the location of the hotel made it possible for us to walk to all the places we wanted to see. Very convenient location. Also a great organic bakery just around the corner from the hotel. Overall a great place for us to stay.

The staff here were excellent, we had two bookings and had to change rooms part way through our stay, the staff moved everything for us while we were out for us which was great. The rooms were comfortable and not as small as many others in central Paris The hotel is located near some nice cafes and restaurants, not far from the Louvre (a 6 minute walk) and close to the metro. There is a supermarket about 20m down the road. We were very happy with our stay here

Pretty central. Laundromat two doors down was very handy. Places cleaning staff is very friendly but the lack of an elevator was something of an issue since we had large bags the staff did assistance with the bags so that made a little bit easier.

Excellent hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Even let us borrow a wine opener one night. Room was super cute and just the right size. My only complaint was the 80 stairs to get to our room (we were on the top floor). Once we were in our room there was another 15 to get up to the bedroom. But if you don’t mind the walk, or get a room on a lower level, I highly recommend staying here. Very centrally located. Easy walk to metro, louvre, restaurants, shopping, you name it.
