100% great place to stay.
We were able to check in early and check out late without extra cost. Ahmed gave us an impeccable customer service. Service with a smile. All our request before our has been granted. The hotel has clean room, fluffy towels, good variety and quality breakfast. Great location. Good value for the price. I would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends.

A disappointment.
In short, this stay was a disappointment. The room wasn't ready on allivel at 4PM and the AC didn't work in one of the rooms throughout the stay. One attemps at repairing it did no go any further. Reception staff during weekdays was very friendly, but the weekend receptionist should consider consider whether the service industry is a right path. Location is great, but rooms are too cramped.

Lovely Staffan in reception and breakfast. Overall cleaningness in elevator and floors could be better but it’s not worse than in many other hotels in Paris and the bathroom was super clean. Comfy bed. Thin windows so there is some noice from the street but also poor insulation from heat or cold. This may sound negative but it’s a nice little hotel.

Lovely hotel, though things went bump in the night
This is a lovely little hotel in a quiet area about 10-15 minutes' walk from the Arc de Triomphe. My ground floor room was chic, cosy, clean and double glazed, with a kettle, safe, hot hairdryer and the most comfortable bed I have slept in on holiday. Plenty of hot water and L'Occitane toiletries. I needed to take taxis to get farther afield such as to the Louvre and Eiffel Tower, and these cost around 12-15 euros. There is a Metro Station nearby on the blue line, so you have to change to get to the min sights. Plenty of shops and cafes in the area, though, plus you can walk to Boulevard Haussmann and Printemps/La Fayette. There are some nice places to eat along Avenue de Wagram. My only problem was with noise from the room above - scraping chairs on the wooden floor, enthusiastic bedsprings at 2am and then 7am (!) and on my last night, furniture scraped across the floor all night, doors banged and drawers rattled continuously. It only stopped at checkout time and kept me awake all night. Otherwise, it was an excellent stay.

This hotel has charm and character, and is located in a wonderful area of Paris. It is conveniently next to a metro station. However, I do not recommend for business travelers, as the internet did not work.

The hotel is undergoing renovation but they are doing a good job of keeping guests happy. Breakfast was good. Lots of water pressure and hot water and nice soap and shampoo . Room was small but when that close to tourist area most rooms anywhere are small Nice classic Paris view close to Courcelles subway stop.

Hotel room is small but I believe that is the case for a lot of hotels in Europe. There is thankfully a lift, however you can probably fit two people or one person + suitcase. Hotel is close and convenient to main attractions and transport. Enjoyed my stay.

Hotel Monceau Elysees is classic Paris hotel. It is clean and well-situated. Rooms are quite small but very normal for this area of Paris. Breakfast is simple but meets your needs. Overall, a nice hotel for value in central Paris

Fabulous location in a lovely neighbourhood. Staff super friendly and helpful. Room was small but big enough for a short stay. Shower had great pressure. Lovely having my favourite L’Occitaine toiletries in the bathroom.

Cute, but 1 bed is actually 2 beds
Front desk staff super helpful - even helped look up information like where to park our car, how to get our car repaired, looked up a jewelry shop for me. We checked in super late the first night because we were stuck in traffic, and the employee on duty made it so easy to check in which we needed because we were so exhausted. Unfortunately, the bed, which makes up 90% of the room and stay was actually 2 beds pushed together and not at all easy to sleep on since they kept separating. If the room is going to be all bed, I want to know that I'm paying for a good bed. Other than that, super clean, great staff, has elevator, breakfast and was very convenient to metro (literally out the doorstep) and close to L'Arc.

Very convenient and pleasant
The hotel room was slightly bigger than I am used to for hotels in this area, which was a bonus. It was comfortable and clean, if a bit down-at-heel. Location is excellent as it is less than 2 minutes walk to the Courcelles metro station, so very convenient for getting to customer in the morning and getting into town in the evening.

Best stay!
I loved our stay here! The room was small, but intimate. The tub and toilet was so clean! We didn’t turn on the television. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was perfect! So many restaurants and shopping centers. Walking distance to the Big Bus tour, hop on hop off. There’s a whole strip of shopping and dinning, movie theater, MAC, Five guys... things like that in the vicinity. Make sure you ask for the adapter for the wall plug.
