Great stay in Paris
Wonderful small hotel with an amazing breakfast buffet and 2pm snacks in the lobby. The rooms have a fridge stocked with water, orange juice and soda, all complimentary. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are small, which is normal for Europe. Highly recommend!

Quaint hotel - perfect location for short stay
After a 15 minute walk from Gare du Nord we arrived at this quaint hotel. The man at the front desk was extremely friendly, informative, kind, spoke good English and offered help any time we wished it. The room (standard double) was small but quaint and served our purpose adequately for our short stay. We could open the windows to get fresh air, see the street below and “feel” that we were in Paris. We had tea and coffee, a mini fridge with items for free inside, space to put our bag on the floor and also a wardrobe. A full length mirror was on the wall and the bathroom was also small but functional for us. Shower had good pressure. The bed was comfy enough for one night. Only one downside - the early morning clean up trucks on the street was loud and woke us up with a start. Again, for one night it’s okay to deal with.

Good location must come back again
Good location, walking distance to all nearby metro. I stayed 4 nights with a room can see eiffle tower from my room balcony. The only thing is the pillow is too soft to sleep. Breakfast is good, mini bar has so many varieties. We can access to all Astotel group hotel to have minibar during our stay, it’s so impressive.

We stayed at the Hotel Palm from July 12-20. Everything was absolutely top notch. The other reviews are legit - but the absolute best part of the Palm is the staff! They all went waaaay above and beyond ie., helping us track down lost luggage (they spent hours on the phone/internet for us), lending us money late at night when a taxi's credit card machine did not work and we had no cash, even packing us a breakfast for our early flight home. When was the last time you actually hugged the hotel staff when you left?! We did (and were not the only ones) - we were made to feel like family and are already missing Olivier and his colleagues. Cannot wait to return and will never stay anywhere else in Paris!!! Merci beaucoup!
