Convenient location for the metro, and the staff were all extremely friendly. My only issue was with the energy saving features in the hotel room. It requires you to insert a room key card in a slot on the wall to turn on the lights and outlets, which is fine and prevents people from leaving the lights or AC on all day when they aren’t there. However, it was fairly annoying that the lights would automatically turn off randomly, every 10-15 minutes and then we would have to fumble in the dark flicking random light switches to get them to turn back on. Maybe we didn’t understand the system properly, but it would be better if the energy saving lights stayed on as long as the key card was in the slot on the wall. Using the washroom in the middle of the night and having the lights go out is not ideal.
It’s a minor complaint since we didn’t spend a lot of time in our room, but that was usually at night so we noticed it every day. It really was our only complain about the property though.
