Splendid hotel is a quaint hotel you would expect for the true Paris experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by Nicole the Manager. She helped us from our 1st meal in Paris to sending me a beautiful bouquet of roses to my room for my 60th Birthday 🎂 She really made our visit to Paris amazing!!

From the moment I arrived at the hotel I was greeted by Nicole. She insured for an easy check in and was most helpful throughout my five day stay. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was ok and suggested the best recommendations for getting around Paris easier. And I can honestly say all of the staff was Helpful and courteous

Only stayed for 1 night — wonderful front desk staff but after staying at the Best Western Montcalm previously for half the price, it was difficult to rate higher since we had a better view, more room space and nicer bathroom at the Best Western. The building is old and stairs to the elevator aren’t ideal but it definitely has the charm of paris.

The property location is okay. 2 rides using the metro to Louvre. Staff are very helpful, the bed is presented nicely and clean sheets and towels. The room and the bathroom is quite small, no room to be moving around. AC is working well. My only issue about this hotel is the elevator. The elevator is located on the 1st floor but, you have to go through about between 8-9 steps(if I’m not mistaken with numbers), the elevator stop on the 5th floor, we then need to go up more steps to reach to the sixth floor, where our room is located. It was an attic with 1 window on the ceilings. We have 2 heavy luggage to take so, you can imagine how we struggled. The picture in their advertisement is quite wrong; they are advertising false advertisement! Only show the good side of the hotel! I expected a better room with a window that I can enjoy the view. I did request for balcony with the view but I did not get it, which okay I supposed but the steps I don’t know? one day one of their guest will have a fall and they will be in a big trouble; it’s a big OHHS issue!
