"The property is stunning with beautiful gardens, the staff are exceptional. The pool is really big and the perfect depth to relax. There is a bar or club close to the hotel which you can hear the music. Turndowns weren’t done every night. Kids above us jumping and screaming at all times of the day made the stay unpleasant. "

"The grounds were immaculate and I constantly saw staff working in these spaces to ensure the upkeep. Very quiet and safe space. Staff were very accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. My fridge had stopped working on my arrival date. I had set myself a note to check at reception next I left the hotel, before I could do this the staff called my room to check on my check-in experience. I advised re. Fridge and within 10 minutes a technician was there to check it was broken and then 10...

"Lovely 3 night stay with my Husband, we booked the vip suite to celebrate his birthday and Christmas and was well worth it. The room was really big with sofa, and large bed, tv is a little small for the size of the room. The bathroom is massive with a shower and jacuzzi bath. Breakfast was lovely , you may choose your meal from the set menu , and it’s on till 11am which is handy. Pools were lovely also. We had Christmas Eve dinner at the hotel which was very nice, reasonable price for...
