Remembered us evert time we came back to the hotel and asked about the activities we had already talked about. The gentleman that hosted breakfast was just as wonderful. He cooked us eggs and remembered ud every time we saw him. He taught us different Spanish words, and helped us in any way he could. He even came up to our room to tell us our guide...

"This is a comfortable stay in a great location. The rooms are very clean and comfortable with nice bathroom and hot shower. Guests enjoy a good breakfast on the terrace overlooking the bay. The staff were very kind and helpful and the location is around the corner from where the boat boat tours leave and near the entrance to the national reserve. Strongly recommend this location. "

"The hotel is perfect for a stay when you need proximity to the airport. The neighborhood is not very safe but the staff are extremely attentive, they wouldn’t let me wait outside, helped me out to the uber, etc., and there are security cameras, so the property itself is very safe. If you aren’t freaked out by the neighborhood its a great choice."

"Cheap ($19) and close to the airport! The owner is very friendly and helpful! She cooked up a great breakfast of eggs, rolls, and coffee/tea. The neighborhood is older and rundown. However, the residents are just normal people---women sweeping the sidewalk in the morning, children walking to school, lady selling food at a stand, taxi driver polishing his car, etc. I felt it was a good introduction to the Peruvian culture and am happy we stayed there!"

"No room cleaning service, breakfast was given as I big favor. The sink and shower are a disaster. Noise all night. One towel was given for each guest. No space or hook for towels in the bathroom. An employee brought breakfast after being distracted from cleaning a room without washing hands in between. "

"Host was very very friendly. She went out of the way to come with me at mid night to get dinner for our family. Also my family member was unwell. She accompanied me to the doctor and ensured we get proper care. She also provided good breakfast. Very safe and friendly place. Room may not be up to the standards but other conveniences in new country provided by host out weighs it. "

"The location is great, safe neighborhood and very walkable. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and the breakfasts were delicious. The only thing I would recommend is to bring ear plugs. The building walls are thin and you can often hear people up in the hallways or having breakfast early in the morning. "

"The room itself was very cute. The bathrooms don’t live up to the standard of everything else but they are in decent conditions and work well. Otherwise is was very comfortable. I would say the best thing was the host. The nicest host I have ever had! Very personable too. He even invited my taxi driver to airport in for coffee while he waited for us and was insisting.
