Many of the features advertised in their description and images were not available. My room had no working AC, no toilet paper, only a thick blanket to sleep with, and no desk to work at. The "soundproof walls" kept out none of the noises from inside or outside of the building, and I did not have blackout curtains.
Staff are impossible to get ahold of. I was told somebody would come by to fix the AC and bring toilet paper at the least, and nobody ever showed up. Other tenants who were having issues checking in were able to directly video call my private room through a bright touchscreen panel that woke me up repeatedly.
Initial deposit is twice as high as other hotels, and can only be sent via Zelle and CashApp. Property is listed at $50, but then booking it comes with another $150 in "taxes and fees" which made it barely cheaper than other normal hotels.
Definitely will not be staying again.
