I'm not saying anyone at your facility did it. I need to be reimbursed $224 on May 24th 2024. Thank you. I haven't contacted my bank yet. I live in MD. The charge is still pending. This hotel was terrible. The locking tabs windows on the ground floor rooms are broken and not secure, beware! Rooms are incredibly noisy - every time another guest on the floor closes a door it shakes the building. Gaps around our door were huge and let lots of night in at night. The pool and hot tub were both disturbingly cloudy! I would not recommend this hotel at all - I travel a fair amount, and this hotel was pretty subpar on multiple accounts. Don't stay here!
