BACKYARD - Your backyard oasis includes a private pool, a large covered patio, another open patio adjoining the pool, plenty of seating and table space, a natural gas barbeque, and even your own lemon tree.

BEAUTIFUL HOME - This spacious 1750 sq. ft. single-level home includes all new furnishings and has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and 10' ceilings throughout. The oversize master suite overlooks the pool and features a King bed, 32' flat-screen TV (with cable), a garden door to the covered patio, and an ensuite with soaker tub, separate shower, large walk-in closet, and double sink vanity. The 2nd bedroom comes with a Queen bed and is located just across the hall from the 2nd bathroom which also has a double sink vanity and bathtub/shower combo. Located between these rooms, the 3rd bedroom has full-size bunk beds. All rooms feature ceiling fans.


In the evenings relax in the great room that features an oversized sectional couch arrangement with plenty of seating space, a 55' LED HDTV, blue-ray/DVD player, remote controlled ceiling fan, and natural gas fireplace. The dining area includes a large solid wood table with seating for 10 and opens out to the covered patio.

The full sized, fully equipped kitchen boasts all new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, stone backsplash, pantry, and an eat-in breakfast nook.

Park your cars out of the heat in the attached double garage complete with automatic door opener and remote.

COMMUNITY - When you venture out of your home you can enjoy the many amenities of the award winning Power Ranch community. Just steps from your front door are 26 miles of walking/biking trails along the greenbelts that link the neighbourhood parks. You are just a short walk from a 7.5-acre Community Park that offers outdoor activities for the whole family. House was stocked with so much more than any house I have ever rented. Sun screen, foil, lotion, seasonings, olive oil, napkins, and a “junk drawer” with batteries, tape, scissors, etc. too much to list! Would return for another visit! King bed was sooo comfortable!

Very nice house, great neighborhood, good proximity to phoenix and surrounding locations of interest. Nice en suite, and a full bedroom and full/twin bedroom share a nice hall bath. Excellent property management. All around nice experience.

Derek’s house is very comfortable and well stocked enough to make a holiday dinner! Derek is a great communicator and the house’s location on a quiet culdesac couldn’t be more perfect. We are repeat customers and are looking forward to our future stay as well!

Perfect intro to Power Ranch
This is a great house in a great community. Early morning walks are a delight in this neighborhood. The pool is well kept and perfect for those super hot days. The master bedroom/bath is spacious and the other bedrooms were comfortable for kids. We had great communication with both the owner and the property manager during our stay. Highly recommend this house!

This place was perfect for our family of 5! Clean, nice neighborhood, and Gilbert is THE BEST. The pool was wonderful, my kids spent most their time there, I loved the safety features on the doors to keep little ones safe. Will stay here again!

All the comforts of home
We enjoyed our stay. The Power Ranch community is a beautiful place. The house offers many conveniences of home. It has a very well stocked kitchen with plenty of pots and pans and dishes perfect for home cooked meals. We spent a lot of time in the backyard swimming in the pool or having coffee under the covered patio. We had a minor issue with the bathroom outlets that was resolved quickly with a text to the property manager. She responded right away and she even did a follow up to make sure that her instructions worked. Downtown Gilbert is a cute little town, great place for date night! If you are particular about your pillow (like me) you may want to bring you own, these were very thin.

Great stay. Everything we needed. We will definitely be back to this rental. The bathroom GFCI Breaker probably needs replaced as running 1 hair dryer would trip it every time. Other then that it was a great stay.

This house never lets us down!
Clean, very well equipped. Extremely quiet neighbourhood. Backyard and pool very relaxing! We made sure we met all the Porch Rules. We will return next April and will be excited to see all the new renovations to the Trilogy Golf Course. I hope I can encourage the restaurant to put the lobster risotto back on the menu. Kudos to the hosts!

Perfect power ranch stay
Very clean and quiet on quiet cul de sac and close to pool and pond. Derek is a great communicator and we have completed part of thanksgiving potluck twice here and had everything we needed to cook. The house is well equipped! We are repeat and future renters. Great find!

Great Gilbert home
This property was perfect for our family of five. There were plenty of beds, sheets, blankets, towels, and pillows for everyone. There were plenty of supplies available in the kitchen, too. Often, you stay in a VRBO that has three forks and two towels, but "sleeps 8". Derek's place is so well-stocked and user friendly - we will definitely return. We were in town to check on our own rental property and to see friends over fall break. The location is perfect and the neighborhood is ideal. I recommend this property 100%.

Power Ranch Getaway
The house was lovely and just like the pictures. The pool was refreshing. If we had stayed longer I would have enjoyed having lounge chairs instead of chairs from the outdoor table. It would have been nice to have TV's in the two small bedrooms. Generally, it's only the cost of two small tv's that the owner would incur because you're already paying for cable and adding just local channels wouldn't cost that much, if anything. Also, the queen bed is too large for a small bedroom, If you had 2 twins under the window you could have a long dresser with a tv and more space for clothes. Having only one top outlet is very inconvenient. There was no clock so you had to use your phone for the time. I have to bring a small with and with only one plug under the window, the cord doesn't reach the table. We didn't use the double bed, bunk beds but I noticed there is no dresser or tv. Again, too large furniture for these 2 very small bedrooms. Where do you put your clothes? Do 2 couples sleep together in one room. For the cost, it seems the owner could have more outlets that work, put tv's in the small bedrooms and use smaller furniture in the 2 small bedrooms. Everything was clean and there was an abundance of dishes and utensils. The only problems were the outlets and not enough space in the bedrooms.

Great property- excellent communication
My husband and I stayed for a week with our 2 boys (1 almost 3 years old and 1 just over 1 year old). The kitchen was stocked with all the dishes you could need. The pool was super relaxing and perfect temp. The TV was loaded with Netflix already. The house was nicely decorated and didn't have too many things that I would have to keep away from my kids lol. My only quarrel was that I could not find the splash pool with the flowers that was shown in the pictures and I was looking forward to it. There was a different splash pad in the community but it was closed and didn't look too great to begin with anyway. If never been to AZ so I found out that there are lots of cool parks and splash pads all over so I didn't need to book based on the amenities this property had to offer. All in all, it was a great property and the hosts and property manager were easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again!
