"Previous visits seemed nicer. Bed seemed hard and pillows different sizes/hardness. Plastic under sheets (for bed-wetting?) made it hard for bedding to breathe. Iron did not work. Scheduled room-cleaning service that never showed up. But great breakfasts, enviornment, & ambiance! "

"Every room has a balcony or patio and most have a fabulous view of the ocean. The grounds are lovely. Breakfast buffet is good with both hot and continental offerings. The restaurant (Ventana Grill) next to the hotel is fabulous."
