"I loved my stay at Sofitel, the staffs are the warmest and super helpful. Room is so clean and they changed sheets for us everyday. Tbh I haven’t experienced this good service for a long time in the US, this almost felt a little unreal. However, I have to point out that the breakfast is quite disappointing. "Staff here were so incredible, helpful, friendly, and accommodating. Allyson allowed us to check-in early which was appreciated especially with the jet lag. I wish I took more names down as everyone went above and beyond. The experience was so lovely I will definitely be booking with citizenM again in the future. The metro is so close by, access to main lines in Paris, super easy to get around. Only downside was room was a bit tight sometimes!"
