The room we booked wasn’t available, we didn’t find out until we were on our way, manager called us and sent us to a different motel, said he would comp the room but never did.

I stayed in room 119. There's mold all over the blinds. There's mold next to the hot tub. There is some kind of water leak and my pillows were dirty and had crunchy stuff on them. if I could submit pictures I would because I took plenty
