This hotel has to improve providing amenities to the guests, lacking room telephones with the reception area or making a local call. The hot water works during the daylight, wi-fi is terrible, what is distributed by floor and area instead of having one general wifi for the small hotel. There is no information in the room on how to use the TV. The bedding is comfortable. The dining room is disorganized, food containers are not labeled, and options for eating are small. The breakfast needs improvement and there are almost no options. They have a more efficient system to serve breakfast. In general, the employees lack training on how to address guests. They do not speak English. The hotel needs experienced people to clean the rooms and other areas. There are no disturbed signs for rooms. No blackout curtains, lighting penetrated at the entrance doors and needs to be replaced solid wood doors with modern lack, because they don't have quality one. Employees need an Identification ID and uniforms. They do repairs and get inside the rooms without notifications to the guests, it happens to me. I was in my room and an employee tried with a key to get into my room without knocking on the door, I asked him what he wanted in Spanish and he left and later I asked the reception and they told me that was by mistake. The cleaning is mediocre. The only cleaning personnel who took care of my room properly was a housekeeping named Ms. Yokasta. The positive of the place is the location.
