"The resort was beautiful and the staff was very attentive, nice and made sure we enjoyed our stay. I do wish they were more informative about the restaurant schedule and the pool closing at 7pm. There wasn’t much info given about the beach club but that also closes early (at 5pm) I was there within their first month of opening so I expected some kinks, as fine progresses I assume it will get better. Also I wish there was a lunch and dinner buffet. "

"Despite the property being small I really enjoyed the quality of the property.Nice restaurants with good food and good entertainment. Definitely would recommend the stay, especially with kids but still expect to fully enjoy in luxury without the stress. Daycare available Incase needing a few hours to yourself or maybe the whole day , staff seemed trustworthy and ensured the kids had a good time. I would def stay here again!"

"I rate it a 4-star family hotel. Located on a BEAUTIFUL beach. The pool is really big and awesome. The entertainment staff are great. There are a lot of activities to participate in. Gabriel is very kind. My husband played spike ball with Ricardo for multiple days. I did the water aerobics. Loved the Frida show. With the gym staff, I did Zumba and sunrise yoga. Shout out to Daniel the chef. He came up to us multiple times to make sure the food was good. I normally never like all-inclusive food...

"The entire staff at this property were extremely helpful, polite and friendly. Check-in process was a bit slow, but the staff was helpful throughout. The lobby bar seemed to be a bit understaffed for the amount of guests at the hotel, but no real qualms there since there are plenty of bars around the property. I wish they had bottled water in the rooms, but you can request them via room service. The food and drinks were great, but it could be tricky to get reservations, so book in advance! They had several pools, including one for the kiddos, with fun activities for people of all ages throughout the day and night. Overall great experience and would come back again with my family!"
