The stay was good, I just have the inconvenience of the first room that they gave me was dirty and messy but they quickly gave me another room to stay and also the elevator wasn’t working

When I arrived they could not find my reservation at all. I had to show them my itineray that I already had paid and booked. Then they game me a room that I did not pay for. That was good though.

Was staying on the first floor and people upstairs constantly jumped up and down and made noise which made sleep almost impossible. Not only that but felt VERY unsafe as residents just hung out in the back of the hotel or in the halls at all times of the night.

The property appeared clean and nice upon arrival. Waited 5 mins at the front desk before anyone showed up. Got checked in and to our room. Again, looked nice and clean. When you touched the counter it was sticky and the floors were greasy. Two very thin pillows, no soap or shampoo in bathrooms, towel had a worn hole I could see through. Called down to the front desk but calls went unanswered. I went down to the front desk to see if we could get soap and another pillow. Waited at the front desk for 10 mins and nobody showed up. -5 on experience.
