This issue i did encounter was Hotels.com VS. La Quinta on parking....according to them there is no self parking only valet...if you don't go their way you find yourself in the street...I didn't mind the $20 self as described twice under amenities and again in policy and fees....but no dice with...

There was also a car with a window smashed out in the parking lot, making it feel unsafe on the perimeter. I was there for a wedding, and the reception (organized by the hotel) was nice but there were delays and seating mix ups. Otherwise, it was a very nice place."
