It was bad. I booked before reading all the reviews and I decided to go for it instead of canceling. All the 2 stars reviews are true. This business is going downhill. Three nights stay- no room service- Bed sheet didn’t get changed. Hallway- homeless guy sleeping. Many room hotel with a few guests. It was so scary at night. Weed smell in hallway. Towels are really old. I don’t even dare to wipe my face with the towels, used paper towels instead. My son was complaining about the condition and asked me to book a different one but I decided to stay since already paid. We tried to spend most of time out and got to the hotel late just to sleep.

This hotel is a hotel for the homeless and short stays. There is a man that looks homeless walking around the property. Im leaving my room and he's in the halls and stairwell. The 2 females or house keepers got disrespectful when I gave them back the dirty towels to exchange for clean ones stated they dont work for the laundry. Every towel they gave were disgusting. The outlet in my room was hazardous. One of which was hanging out of the wall. The walls were dirty. I went out to housekeeper to request cleaning products to wipe the walls down. The garbage in the bathroom had a used condom in it. I gave back the garbage can to exchange of another one. They did not knocknto come clean the room or replace towels or make the bed. The complimentary breakfast was a NO. All 3 days there was on BREAKFAST. Stated the cook was out sick. The coffee maker was dirty. The halls smelled like meldow. I would recommend this hotel to NO ONE. They do not care fornthe property. The property is right off the highway. One gentleman that had reservations came a little early requesting to use the restroom and they told him its not working. The gentleman behind the front desk asked me to wait to see if any rooms were ready after 4pm. How you dont know if any room is ready Anyone looking for a night stay i do not recommend. I keep saying I get what I paid for which was less that $300 for 3 nights. Hotel is garbage.

It was ok it wasn't filthy but it wasn't the cleanest. Sheets and towels had stains on them. Just stayed 1 night wouldn't recommend. The outside door was open all day and all night. The outside property did not look like pictures and can't imagine the exercise room lookes like the picture either. I don't know what they remodeled in 2019. Elevator didn't work. Woul not recommend.

STAY AWAY from this place! Seriously, RUN AWAY. Easily the worst property I’ve ever seen or touched anywhere in the world. Dirty, damaged, dilapidated rooms. NO REFUNDS proudly declared AFTER booking because every single person staying here would absolutely want their money back. Boarded up doors throughout the inside and outside of building. No working elevator and I’m willing to bet it’s been out months or even years. Bathrooms that don’t get cleaned after previous guests. Brown, stained towels proudly stored for use. Doors that don’t close all the way. A main entrance door that STAYS OPEN ALL DAY AND NIGHT. Not just unlocked, WIDE OPEN. NOTHING like the images shown online. They’re lucky I can’t add images here to validate my claims.

Just stayed for a night while travel. The area wasn’t that great and it’s clear the place is in need of a make over. The elevator is out of order and that’s not informed you’re told when you go to it and there’s a sign on it that says out of order. So, I had to walk to the third floor. My room looked nothing like the room in the pictures. My fire alarm was hanging off the wall, one of the corners of the wall had cobwebs, one of my hand towels were dirty and stained and the walls were pretty thin. So, I woke up to the neighbor guest hunching. My room had 3 doors. One to go in and 2 on the opposite side of the room. One that went to the next room and one to a patio but there was generic brown table in front of the room door. The room is probably worth about $30-40 less than listed as. Save your money and go elsewhere

We booked here thinking it was going to be a clean place but it was not at all. This property overall looks extremely sketchy, no one around, sink in bathroom was leaking, door of bathroom was damaged in the inside and then graffiti writing on the bathroom, holes in the doors, no good locking only latches. Tried to have Expedia help with this situation but unfortunately the property receptionist did not want to at least acknowledge the issues and concerns. This still was not worth what I paid for which was $82. I wouldn’t have even paid half. Just being honest.

The room is rough. Crumbs next to lamp and wrappers on the floor. Was this room cleaned between guests? Remote is so dirty. Elevator is broken and the stairway you need to use smells like pee. This place has seen better days. Paid for 3 nights, but I’m moving out at sunrise.
