"This is a top tier hotel. Any The peninsula hotel is the best of the best, but this is one of the best of their properties I have ever stayed at. The service is amazing, they're there when you need them and not when you don't. Food is wonderful and varied. Really love sitting in the beautiful restaurant for breakfast. Can't wait to come back to Chicago to stay here with my family. "
"Location is great, staff were very helpful and friendly, and the limitless dining option was a plus!! Definitely would come back again when back in town!"

"Convenient location and clean facility "
A verified traveler stayed at Hilton Garden Inn Chicago Downtown/Magnificent Mile
"Room was as described, small but efficient. Linens and bathroom were clean. Elevators were inconsistent, but on the third floor, that was not an issue. Bar had nice cocktails and servers, as well as a good brunch. Great location too. Gym was small and not well ventilated. "
"The property was decorated beautifully and was very clean. The staff were also amazing and they gave me a complementary room upgrade for my birthday. It was a great experience. "

"As a young hotel, it was a structure where you could relax comfortably, and overall, it felt good. In particular, I liked the bar on the first floor."
