Ha our host was wonderful at answering all my questions and quick to respond. House was good for our needs and the shower took a little getting used to, but was quite interesting and to talk about. Great weekend spent with my daughter who lives in Rochester and a close family friend.

Still Wonderful
This property remains in great shape and is still a top-notch place to stay while visiting the Rochester area. The owner is always responsive whether before, during and after the stay - and clearly takes pride in making her property the kind of place you want to return to regularly (as we have done over the past few years). Great location, quiet neighborhood, and a fully stocked kitchen, combine with with very comfortable beds and plenty of room to relax. Just a wonderful rental.

Fantastic stay!
The house was exactly as advertised. We moved my twins to their new Apts on campus for Yr 2 at RIT and stayed at the Autumn house during our visit. 1st, the house was exactly as advertised. 2nd, I can't believe how AMAZINGLY COMFORTABLE the beds were. I looked forward to going to sleep ea night. the neighborhood was lovely, safe & quiet. The house was clean and had all the amenities. There is a nice outdoor deck but we didn't have time to enjoy with busy schedule. the house is close to everything & You have to visit Pittsord Village on ur visit- shops, Pittsford Farms Ice cream and Erie Canal boat rides are a gem in the area!

The Autumn Maple house was great! The kids loved the spa shower. We had easy and quick access to all the local places we wanted to visit. The home had everything we needed including a grill and plenty of space! Our host was responsive and wonderful. Thanks for a great stay in Henrietta!

Amazing Stay!!!
If you are on the fence about staying here, this is your sign to book! She has thought of most everything for a stay! I really felt like I was in a 2nd home. Nice quiet neighborhood, huge yard! We even met the sweet neighbors that offered our kids a little kiddy pool! We saw deer just strolling through the yard one evening also! The back room was nice and open so the kids had a "kids" area. The front living room has huge beautiful windows!! The beds are VERY comfortable too! After this stay we are talking about coming back every year or few years and will DEFINITELY be staying in this house again if we do!!

In a Quiet neighborhood, the house was well equipped for our stay. Everything was in working order. Outside looked a little unkept (garbage cans were the first things you see, leaves everywhere). The only complaint inside was a lack of ice cube trays.

This property remains a very comfortable place to stay when visiting the Rochester area. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, is very clean, and the beds are comfortable. Great water pressure and a nicely outfitted kitchen. We will be back.

3 day weekend getaway
As a family we went up to Rochester to see my youngest in college- family weekend. It was great to have a house to come back to after a full day of activities. The house is nicely laid out and lots of room in living room. We played some of the games that were supplied at the house. We did not know how to use the Roku TV but did figure it out. There is a nice supply of items for the kitchen. They have a Keurig coffee maker with coffee and tea pods available. Maybe some ice trays for the freezer. Good supply of cleaning items except glass cleaner I did not find. Though we did not use the laundry area I did see supplies there also if we wanted to. LOVED the 2nd half bathroom. Very nice touch. The main bathroom- very large- nice to see, nice shower and supplies, double sink and towels were large, fluffy and nice and white. BEDS- very comfortable, clean and warm blankets. 2 cons only- Dressers in all the rooms would be a nice touch and clean under the beds. OVERALL- a great experience and would definitely rent again if going for a long weekend. they have a nice back yard and a BBQ

This is a lovely property on a quiet street. It has a fenced in back yard. The accommodations were clean, the space was roomy. It is an older house and there are a few things that need fixing, but nothing that would stop you from having a lovely time. The shower is an experience - you need a degree from NASA to use it. Very over the top. All in all a great place and would recommend it.

No complaints here and the house continues to meet expectations. The owner is always responsive and helpful. The beds are comfortable and the property is clean. Having coffee available for us in the kitchen also means that when we arrive late the night before, no early morning runs to the store are needed. We'll book again.

Above & Beyond Expectations
I reserved this home with the intention of having a nice weekend with two of my daughters. It was indeed that - a nice weekend! The house did not disappoint! Excellent communication with the host, a nice clean home to walk into, a fully stocked kitchen, plenty of linens, very clear expectations, and instructions for our time there. The shower was wonderful! We will be staying here again, should it be open, the next time we are in the area. I can not say enough about this positive experience & gracious host! Thank you!!!
