"Absolutely recommend this place! Everything about it was a 10/10. The staff is amazing! We had an overnight layover and I was very thankful we were able to do early check in as early as 10:30am at arrival. The room was beautiful and so clean. And the view, amazing. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in. "

"I am handicapped and was very afraid of a slip and fall in shower. But shower had a handle and floor tile not slippery. Also, another favorite was that PANAMA is in premises so room service was delicious."

"My daughter and I spent two nights at El Cid Moro Hotel in Mazatlán. We stayed at one of their junior suites. Our hotel room was big, nicely decorated, and it had the most amazing view ever. The bathroom had a funky smell, and the toilet bowl had yellow stains. We opted for the European plan which meant we had to buy our own drinks. We ended up paying almost 40 dollars for 2 drinks. The hotel didn’t have enough umbrellas and loungers by the beach, but it had 3 different swimming pools "

"The facility is nice and new what the property is advertising online is completely false. The hotel say 7 restaurants but only 3 are available the other 4 under construction, No Spa, room service never showed. Alot of the services are not available nor in use. For the price of this hotel I could've stayed elsewhere. "
