The bathroom was not clean, had some "blood marks on the door in the bathroom. Took them a couple of hours to come in and clean. Bathroom was missing a panel on vanity and when we arrived to our room, someone had just put the clean plates that belonged in our room on the floor outside entrance. You had to fill the jug up from the bathroom? When i asked if you could buy bottled water, option not available. Full breakfast was nice and beds and heating was good.

We loved the room space, it was big enough for my lil daughter to crawl around and have fun, however no microwave to heat up my son’s food and heat up milk for a hot chocolate. The toilet seat was so high such that when you seat on it you will be tip toe to the ground and that was uncomfortable, no plates too. It was most things where an afterthought and forgot something. I was so disappointed

Atmosphere dull and depressed. I booked a apartment style room with a full kitchen. Kitchen had 2 cups, 2 water glasses, 2 wine glasses & 2 teaspoons. No plates, cutlery or cooking equipment. The fridge facade was broken, lounge furniture was small and lost in such a large space. Spa bath was broken and had been for sometime given the preprinted apology card which told me to enjoy the bath with bath bombs available at reception for $5. To regulate the shower hot water you needed to run the handbasin hot water at half pressure otherwise you could not regulate the shower water temperature. But the king size bed is gòod. All signs of owners with no standards. Lastly where ever I go, I leave an honesty test for the hotel room staff. In this case $2 dollars on the desk. Just enough so if it went missing most people wouldn't notice. I need to be able to trust hotel room staff so I won't be returning to this place again. Reception staff where dismissive and no apology offered. Cheers Gavin

Very tired and lacking any atmosphere. Room was very basic and was clean. Rubbish bins were over following outside the entrance, has a feeling that the place is hanging on by a thread.

I had a large room with two king size beds. I particularly enjoyed the spa bath in my room after completing the Rotorua Marathon! A very nice restaurant and professional room service.
