The area for us was very safe we even came out in the evening to get dinner across from the hotel.They have a Vietnamese and a bar pub across the street 10 minutes walking is an Indian restaurant we’ve been to all three at night we had no problem,
Over all my stay was good, but if you go in summer be prepared to not sleep well because the rooms are very hot
