First of all checking in they didn’t even ask for ID he just asked my name and gave me a room key I thought that was strange. Didnt even ask for vehicle description. I specifically asked for a non smoking room as I had my two small kids with me. Upon walking into the room it had a strong cigarette smoke odor. The room was dirty even though there were housekeepers cleaning it before we entered. There were stains on the curtains and sofa. The tv didn’t work at all & even if it did it was too old didn’t even have an hdmi port. The coffee maker was unplugged and shoved in a corner. There was a random sink in the room next to the mini fridge. The cabinet around the sink was all broken. The beds were old and very cheap the bed frame had wheels which rolled very easily . The mattress was very hard. The lamps between the beds did not work at all. There were burn marks on a lot of surfaces. The room was stuffy so we turned on the AC unit, strong ciggarette odor came from the unit, when it was night time and we turned on the heat it smelled of urine, so we just left it off. I used a half a bottle of febreze trying to make the room smell better. The outside of the building was sketchy with a lot of homeless and drug addicts. The most ironic part about this stay was the fact that I was travelling with my family so a total of 4 rooms we rented and we had kids with all of us, we got complaints about noise from kids yet there was alot of partying and sketchy traffic from other guests there

The guy behind the desk gave us keys to a first floor room and said "go check the electrical. Do not touch anything else if the electrical is fine you can have that room" -odd. We walked in to: hole above vanity Exposed plumbing STINKS No Fire alarm Valance torn down Cockroach on towels Sticky floor Ice machine broken Noisy neighbors Parking stalls too small Couch filthy My bed had pee spots Homeless encampment The room next door having a party. When we checked in we had to give our info or we couldn't stay. There was NO WAY all those people were listed as staying there. DO NOT STAY THERE IS UNSAFE

Would not recommend this property to any individual or family due to its unsafe conditions. Homeless around the property, people smoking in the parking lot, rooms dirty, dust on the bed, graffiti inside, locking mechanism does not work, anyone could walk into the room without a key card. Staff did not offer to move us into another room until we asked. Left after 10 minutes of checking in and did not return. Looked for another hotel.

This property is unsafe, surrounded by homeless, people smoking in the parking lot, the door into the room did not lock, anyone could walk in. The staff did not offer a new room until we asked. The bed was dusty, graffiti written inside. Walked out of the property 10 minutes after checking in and did not return. Would not recommend this hotel to any family or individuals staying alone due to the unsafe conditions.

Property is not kept. Front desk personnel was missing for 45 minutes. Property surrounded by campsites. Felt unsafe and was afraid to park the rental car in their lot.

I felt totally unsafe. The room was interesting - unfinished floor, slow draining sink, missing weather stripping around door, no alarm clock, and late check-in like a a bank drive through. Lots of locked gating around property a trash. If I hadbeen so tired I would have looked for a different. Wouldn't recommend and will not stay again.

When I arrived someone was locking up the place. Left a note on the window stating be back in 30 minutes. Called the number on the window and literally got person persecuted for trying to get answers after driving 2 hours to get there. The manager/owner was the most disrespectful piece of……..totally unacceptable

Stayed over night… the make who checked us in had an attitude, hot to our room the door had no lock, roaches/ants everywhere-called the front desk they didn’t care ‘ wouldn’t move us. When we checked out this morning the female had no remorse when I told her but asked that I don’t call & speak with the manager about my stay. Dont waste your money! Only positive is the location is convenient.
