"Rooms at this hotel are basic but freezing cold.First morning there and no hot water. They moved us to their other hotel which was also freezing cold. The first day there the internet went down and we never did regain internet our entire stay and we had no indication of when we might expect it.. The staff although pleasant did not understand even one word of English. Very disappointing"

"Deluxe room, no hot water as boiler was turned off, banging water pipes, erratic lights, worn out threads showing towels, rock hard king bed. Friendly staff tried their best. Fireplace was needed, ask for more wood. A one and done property, never again, sorry. Fix the flickering lamps, erratic WiFi, provide towels not rags, put a pad on the bed, have staff turn on boiler for clients with reservations as they arrive at night."
