"We love the service. We love the food. We love the entertainment. We felt the bar needed a variety of beer. Swimming pool hours should be extended til 10pm. Kareake is a great idea but should last longer. It felt like we barely started and it ended. Music needs to be playing for couples to dance after kareake. Bar is open but no music is boring. AC is needed in elevators. "

"It was my first time to stay in a Hotel Zone property , as all previous visits have been in Romantic Zone . I was very impressed with the property cleanliness and my room was exceptional . I noticed that staff seemed attentive to the needs of guests and all that I saw were very hard workers. The only thing I found irritating was the brass band on the beach. It was in no way relaxing, which I feel beach music vibe should be ….. but that’s a very personal opinion 😊 Overall , a highly recommended Hotel Zone choice "
