"Charming and beautiful. Yes it’s a historic building and it’s small and sometimes things look dated but by far it’s been one of the cleanest and comfortable hotels I’ve ever stayed in. "Spent Mother's Day at Holiday Inn Express Fisherman's Wharf and it was great. Loved the fact that I could add parking to my hotel cost prior to arriving at hotel. Normally the Valet parking is $65 but paid $40 and the valet still parked the car which was fine. It's walking distance to Fisherman's Wharf and Pier 39. There's an Applebees restaurant and other restaurants nearby. Will stay there again. Was only there for one night since a friend was in SF for a couple of days. "

"Great property, loved it. Front desk staff ( Asian lady ) when we checked needs to change her attitude. She doesn’t necessarily belong to hospitality industry. General Manager should take note. This industry is all about people and if you’re not accommodating at the front desk, there is an issue with guest service. "
