The rooms are very poorly laid out... towel sgoage is in the main room...huge bathroom no place to put toiletries or hang towels close to the shower...there is no place to put our suitcases except on the floor...the fridge was crammed in the corner as was the microwave....nice room just not functional

Pier 39 was within distance, roughly around a 20-minute walk. The cleanliness was really good, however there was one day, it was not cleaned after we had been out for the day.

It’s convenient and walkable to the Fisherman’s Wharf, Ghirardelli Square and other bay attractions. Free parking. Excellent amenities: refrigerator, microwave & coffee maker are available. Reasonably priced. Friendly staff. I’ll stay here again.

This Inn has been nicely renovated. However, my room was NOT cleaned at all. The cleaning personnel came to pick up the trash and brought more old towels only. On our last day, I requested the cleaning lady to come and clean my room because the shower was dirty and had old hair, she showed up and refused to clean it, stating that it was the end of her shift and couldn't come earlier- She only brought towels. No extra blankets were accessible in the room. The small cabinets are pretty, but not functional (for example in order to use the microwave, you have to manually hold the cabinet door open)
