During breakfast, they served us expired milk (may 17th) which resulted in my boyfriend throwing up. I didn’t like that they are just trying to sweep this under the rug and not even refund me for the stay. Food borne illness especially from old or expired food should be taken very seriously. The manager might reach out to you once, but then they will ignore you and not do anything they said on the phone. Unfortunately I found out later that this particular hotel is franchised by Reggie Kumar, so unless there are plans of changing ownership, it really seems like these problems with management and staffing at this hotel will not be fixed. The manager told me she would contact Expedia and after realizing this wasn’t going to happen, I have been trying to reach out on my own. Overall really unhappy and also unhappy with Expedia. Matters like these need to be taken seriously and handled appropriately.
