The nature and wildlife is amazing and they do an excellent job to keep guests comfortable even though you are nearly in the rainforest. "We felt so welcome and pampered at this gorgeous resort. We were greeted and helped with our luggage, the Staff took care of our meal orders , grabbed extra towels for our excursion, made beautiful drinks. The rooms had a lovely view of the river and the sound lulled us to sleep. Gorgeous spot!"

"This is our second stay at Rumors. Overall, the property is clean, but definitely in need of maintenance. The shower could use some remodeling and fresh paint. The pool, which use to be an amazing infinity pool, was closed in and you no longer get a view, so it was a bit disappointing.
