This was a super easy check in. The staff person was very easy to talk to and answered all our questions. The hotel sits on a hill over looking much of Santa Rosa and even though several restaurants are nearby, I would not call it walkable...you had to cross a busy 4 lane road to get to them. The hotel was showing some wear with some grout coming out in the bathroom. We were not fans of the sink being outside of the shower/toilet room. Since we get up at different times, the light wakes the sleepy headed person. Breakfast was standard fare, but tasted good.

Property is close to the highway, very convenient. Staff are professional and friendly. Our room was clean, no complaints. Quiet area so we were able to get a good night's sleep. Being so close to the highway, it was quiet inside our room. Bed is comfortable. Bathroom is clean. Love that they sell postcards and postcard stamps AND there's a mail slot for the outgoing postcards. Love that. I traveled with my husband.
