"This was a great find on a very quiet stretch of beach! The bed was very comfortable and I enjoyed watching the sunset and starting off the day on the great patio. As I'm not a coffee drinker, I enjoyed the variety of tea provided. I was worried about having to find street parking but had no difficulty at all. Communication with the owner was excellent and I enjoyed some conversations with her. I would definitely stay here again!"

"This is a very cute place, very close to 2nd street and a ten minute walk to the beach. My daughter and I stayed here for a weekend visiting family. It is very cute and clean. Only a few issues - but they were addresed quickly. It was an “excessive heat warning” all weekend and the portable AC unit was ok but definitely took a day to cool things off. We lost power Sunday morning and the instructions were incorrect for the breaker box because the la el had fallen off the outside unit. However...

"We had a wonderful vacation in this beautiful home. The decor was wonderful, the layout was ideal and it had everything we needed. We loved the balcony deck with rockers and how close it was to the marine ave, close to coffee in the morning and shopping on a whim. The beds we very comfortable and bathrooms clean and upscale. We woyld definitely come back to this home. "

"Great location, walking distance to shops, restaurants and ferry. The unit was upstairs. It was cozy, all the amenities we needed were there. Window AC was ok,it was loud. We kept windows open to let breeze in which meant curtains also had to be open so there was no privacy. The shower in bathroom had a low pressure and the toilet bowl at times didnt flush properly. There was a little note by the toilet bowl handle that said the handle when water is running. It was kind of annoying. "

"The owners, Mark, Suzy, and Evi (the dog) were very friendly and communicative, making the whole stay hassle free. The place was extremely clean and parking was no issue at all. We booked our stay in the middle of July, so it does get hot but they did provide fans for airflow. The wifi was also spotty at times but we were out exploring the city more often than not. Overall, a great place to stay that’s also extremely reasonably priced!"

"This beautifully renovated and creatively decorated home was the perfect home base for a 5 day visit to LB. The unit is so welcoming and comfortable, and has absolutely everything you could possibly need. So much so, we would have been happy to have just “stayed home” for the entire stay. But the beach, bay, and fun neighborhood shops and restaurants prompted many outings. Mike was so kind and quick to respond, and offered up spot-on recommendations. He and Allie have created a true gem!"

"We recently stayed as a much needed week long vacation at the Pineapple Bungalow. Kye, the host, met us at the home and gave us a detailed tour of the setup of the house. It is truly steps to the beach. You can walk down the boardwalk to a very nice pier and you are also walking distance to Main Street that has restaurants and shopping. Sunsets at the beach were amazing! We will definitely be back next year. Highly recommend. Their hospitality was truly appreciated "
