"The shuttle to and from the airport and the light rail were perfect. Front desk staff were polite, caring and very helpful. Breakfast was good. The rooms could use further updates and more through cleaning."

"They charged me $200 for the bedding/sheets that was used over 100 times. Cigarette burns, faded, dirty marks. Was the bedding/ sheets prior to our visit. During the evening we had a spill that they claimed couldnt be reused. I had ask why the $200? These are old, stained, sheets. You charging me for brand new bedding. Than they used their cultural language on me. " oh, we dont understand". The cleaning lady laughed at us as we told her about it. They try at any experience to rip you off. "
