Check in/out process is a breeze. Staff was polite and respond quickly to requests. Our room has a great view of Seoul tower which was great. Hotel location is great, just steps from the airport limousine bus stop. Left a 4 star for cleanliness and condition because I noticed some stains (looks like coffee stains from previous guests that weren’t wiped off for a few days) and we didn’t like the lifts which were decorated in black theme. But these are minor and definitely would recommend.

I had a package that needs to be sent from home overseas. The hotel front desk staff provided excellent services in helping me with the mailing address and contacted shipper DHL on its process. Excellent location, right off the metro entrance and close to shops and restaurants.

Pros:Our room had a view of Namsan tower winch was a sweet surprise. Room is clean. Bathroom is clean, good water pressure. Beds were comfortable. Night street food is just around the corner. Plenty of shops, restaurants and close to train station. Namsan tower lift/elevator is about 15 min walk. Cons: not enough room if you have large suitcases. No towel hook in bathroom, area is crowded and busy especially at night time.

Good location, however the room was v small. Step up platform is a bit dangerous for hotel stay as accident may happen. Facilities do not have a swimming pool. Do not understand why the Lobby is situated on the 3rd floor. Elevators were v slow.
