The front office staff were very nice. The rooms are small and especially the shower. The tile in the shower really needs to be scrubbed. There is no parking and the lot that they tell you to park in was always full. We went downstairs to eat. We stood there for 10 minutes and finally a server came over to tell us they were closed. When I questioned their times she stated that they were trying to fulfill the orders that were in. At the time, there were two tables sitting. She said they would be taking an hour break. So I asked if we could return @ 6:00 P.M. her response was we might be open. When I returned at 6, they were closed. We went to visit the bar and the draft beer was not functioning. I know this hotel is very old but I was not impressed at all.

$300 per night for a dirty, sub-standard room with limited amenities. I've stayed at a motel 6 that was cleaner and more comfortable than the Copper Queen, and at a significantly lower nightly rate. Shower looked like it had not been cleaned in a month. carpet was dirty, tile floor was dirty, no view whatsoever, and we found a pill on the floor next to the bed. God only knows what type of pile it was. I realize this property id under renovations, but if they can't do better than this during renovations, they should close down until the project is complete. It will be a cold day in you know where before we consider staying at this hotel again.

Parking is difficult to find, elevator is old and gets stuck so we had to carry our bags up the stairs, and it would have been nice if breakfast was included especially for the price they charge. But very nice location and historic preservation.

I liked the cleanliness, the helpful clerk, the classic design of the wallpaper and brass faucet fixtures, the quietness, the elevator & the ice machine & the air conditioner & the television worked well. I did not like having to park over a block away and having to take my luggage and my aged mother up about forty broad concrete stairs just to get to the lobby, but this hotel predates auto usage, as does its neighborhood (buildings are all close together and streets are narrow, harking back to the days of mainly transportation by horse), but I guess that can't be helped. The restaurant in the hotel is closed most days, and there is no drink vending machine, to my disappointment. I didn't use the pool. Staying here was an interesting experience, as this ancient hotel IS legendary, but I am unsure if I would choose this place again if ever I need to stay overnight in Bisbee.

We picked this hotel because it had a restaurant which was closed while we were there. The television was all streaming apps with no log in and our personal log in wouldn’t work. And there is no parking. Staff was not pleasant and unavailable during check out.

Did have a charm to it as is furnished in Victorian motif. Liked the old lighting fixtures and antique furniture. Continuous loud music from the bar below our room from the time of our arrival until far into the night. On a Thursday no less. Nice firm mattresses. Had a handicapped shower, not sure why, but the vinyl on the seat was pretty gross to look at….not that I would ever sit on it. Certainly was overpriced, but hoping I’ll have a ghostly encounter to make it worth my while.

I paid $320.00 a night for a dump. Rooms on the Internet look nothing like what I stayed in. Hotel had signs up saying that they’re remodeling, but I couldn’t find anywhere that looked like that they had even started remodeling. Only thing that was nice was the linens and towels. Bed was old and like sleeping on springs.
