"My family loved our 7 night stay in this lovely vacation home. Everything about this property is exactly as described and better. We enjoyed the indoor/outdoor living with the doors open to the lanai and the awesome ocean views. The kitchen was so nice and well stocked we dined in for most meals….everyone agreed it was better than eating out. This corner, ground floor unit is convenient to the beach, pools, parking lot and is very peaceful and private with its lush tropical landscape. The condo is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. There was plenty of room for my family of five to spread out and relax. And the added bonus of beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels was a game changer. They made it so much better for enjoying the lovely private beach. We even swam with turtles. So cool! Lastly the resort is in a great location, close to shopping and restaurants if needed. We all agreed it was the perfect place for our Maui vacation."

"This condo is fabulous with everything you need for a perfect stay on Po'olenalena Beach. It is a 60 second walk from the front door to the sand. Views from the huge wrap around lanai are superb. Kitchen is well equipped. Beds are comfy. Showers are fantastic. The host is responsive and helpful. Highly recommend the poke at Tamura's Liquor Stroke (yeah, I know, trust me), shaved ice at Ululani's, Tin Roof, and dinner at Nick's Fishmarket, Be warned that prices in Maui are much higher than the used to be, but that is no one's fault. After several stays in Maui we finally did the road to Hana for the first (and last) time. Overall, highly recommend Makena Surf C-201 for a perfect beach holiday in Maui."

"I have stayed at multiple locations throughout Maui and this is by far the best place I have stayed yet. Maria was great to work with and accomodated our every question. She is the best host we have worked with - ever! The view from the condo is second to none. Molokini crater is so close! The sunsets were beautiful. The condo is well stocked with everything you need to compliment your stay. The condo is very clean and the furniture is comfortable. You can open the entire sliding doors adjacent to the living room and let the trade winds fill the air or if you get too warm, you can close them and utilize the AC. The bed was very comfortable. My wife and I agreed the bed is more comfortable than the bed we currently sleep on. We mostly hung out and walked to the (uncrowded) beach below to swim and snorkel. Turtle Town is directly below the condo and I counted 7 turtles on one of my many snorkel excursions. We ate out for dinner every night and did not eat at the same place twice. Lots of restaurants within 10 minutes to choose from. Lots of room for parking and it is nice the property is gated. We felt safe the whole time we were there. I can't say enough about the greatness of this property, Maria, and her band of managers. It is truly a gem and we can't wait to return."

"This is a majestic location, right on the oceanfront, gorgeous views of the ocean, sky, lava rocks, birds singing and beauty everywhere. The cottage is updated with everything you could ever want and more. The bed was so comfortable, plenty of drawers and closet space, wonderful kitchen fully equipped with everything you could want.
