The self-check in and app as a keycard didn't work very well (disabled 3 hours before checkout) and a normal keycard and check-in process would have been more convenient. "I was able to check in and out out of hours easily. The Hostel is 10 minute walking distance from a train station and is close to Bugis area which i would recommend to check out. The instructions were clear and the staff was helpful. I didnt know how to open the lock to the red box when I came in after hours and I called the staff, they amswered right away and helped me solve it."

"This was my very first time staying in a hostel, had no idea where to expect. Unlike hotels, there weren't any towels automatically provided which I was surprised with. Location is right in the center of all the bars and restaurants , close to metro stations. Overall, a good property if you know how hostels work. "

"Most of the staffs were nice and helpful but the restaurant staffs need to be more efficient. They offered to deliver my breakfast to my room. I waited for at least 45 minutes. I called to to follow up and it was ready to be delivered. I waited again but no one came. I had to come down to pick it up. No apology at all for the delay and bad service."
