We stayed on the ground floor and it was very noisy with other guests coming and going and difficult to sleep with the boiler coming on at night. "Excelent place. Not having a lobby 24/7 is a bit challenging, communication only with whatsapp. I stayed 4 days and there was no house keeping, at least towels can be replced every two days. That is something that can improve"

"This is a beautiful place to stay. The room was delightful with a luxury bathroom. Excellent advice from the owner on how to access the building sent by Whatsapp shortly before your arrival date. There are lots of goodies provided to snack on and drink. Excellent WIfi. If you're driving, be aware that you may not be able to park right next to Casa Verde. "
