"Enjoyed our stay at this wonderful area. The communication with David was timely and helpful. He provides guests with a great list of things about his lake home and community establishments. We checked out five and each spot, the staff were so welcoming. Sunsets are spectacular. The fire pit was nice although Mother Nature did not totally cooperate. The fishing was very good and large mouth bass were plentiful. We fell in love with this area of Laje Champlain."

"The house was in a great location that made it easy to fish different areas of the lake. Short rides to many ramps, and for a few extra minutes you could easily launch in NY at Point Au Roche or at the southern end of Grand Isle at Apple Island Marina. The only drawback to the house was the limited space to park boats. And getting in and out of the driveway with a trailer could be a little tricky. We had a couple of rainy days and the yard got soft, and we left some ruts and felt awful. We tried...
