Welcome to Sapphire Beach Resort and Marina. These are individually owned condos. And while the name says "resort" we lack most all the amenities that you would find at a typical resort. For example, there is no spa, no tennis, no cabana boy....but you do get to be in a condo that is closest to the beach in all of St Thomas. You are literally step to the beach with an awesome unobstructed view and the sunrise over St John is unbelievable. There are several restaurants on site, as well as a coffee shop. There is a pool, and while the pool is clean and in a wonderful location, the attached bar is no longer active and was boarded up a few years back.

This beach front condo is on the ground floor at Sapphire Beach. The patio steps onto the beach (its a little rocky as you enter the water, so either bring water shoes or walk to the other side of the complex for snorkeling). Our ground floor building E beach front suite offers a king bed. The suite includes a bedroom area, sitting area with cable and TV, new kitchen with new appliances including convection-microwave oven, tile bathroom with tub, shower and double sinks. The private patio looks out to beautiful St. John. Beautiful! Listen to the gentle waves in the background as you dine on your patio or relax in your comfortable accommodations.

Wake up and look out your door and see the beautiful sunrise, white sandy beach and blue water. Enjoy the wonderful snorkeling just steps from your door. The location is great for honeymoons, romantic getaways, fun in the sun, and pure relaxation. Step right out to the quiet beach or take a very short walk to the pool or marina - slip rentals and day trips are available. Red Hook and the ferry to St. John are just minutes away. Red Hook and St. John have great dining opportunities and plenty of nightly dancing and fun...

Sapphire Beach is the best beach on St. Thomas - great snorkeling!

Sapphire Beach does not allow for charcoal or gas grills on the property.

This place was everything we wanted and more. Right on the water with the best view to wake up to. So close to restaurants, coffee shop, beach bars and the marina. The bed was comfortable and we fell into it nightly after a full day on sun surf and sand. We already planning our next trip back and cant imagine not staying here again.

On the best beach
The water is just a few feet from the back door and the best beach on St Thomas is a short walk away. Sapphire Beach has it all: live music, food, sand, turtles, coral, and marina. The condo is clean, comfortable and has all that you need. We just finished a nine day stay and love every minute of it.

On the water
This room is tight on the water. Literally feet from the back deck! A fantastic view of the sea from the room. The room itself was good. My wife said that it could be updated some but it was totally good for me. Walking diztance to bar And grill, reataurants and dock where we took a sunset cruise from. Short distance to shopping, dining, partying and other sites. We rented a jeep bit there was taxi service on site and I believe the lical buses stopped by there. We had a great time there in Saint Thomas.

Love Sapphire Beach
This was our second stay at Sapphire Beach. This condo is nice. More private than those closer to the main beach. The patio is prefect and electric grill was really nice for making fresh Mahi Mahi. We went to Sea Salt on our last night and wish we had stopped in there sooner amazing drinks and dessert.

Incredible Beach Front View
Awesome ocean front view! Small but great layout for a couple; King bed, full kitchen, nice porch. Enjoyed turning off the A/C, opening the full slider at beach front and screened/louvered front door to allow the 73F breeze flow through the unit while listening to the waves all night. Have to admit the unit is somewhat dated and could use a remodel but commensurate with the rental price. Be aware that the property is not in walking distance to anywhere but Sapphire Beach so you need to either drive or take a taxi everywhere else and taxis (even 5 minutes up the road) are relatively expensive $6.00 - $8.00 per person each way.

Bernard was fantastic. From the property itself to having everything we needed for our entire stay. He had a tub of snorkel gear and floats we enjoyed many times. His specific unit “e104” was just beautiful. Two feet from the ocean! He also was a short text away if we had any questions. He sent us an informational packet he put together that literally he every piece of info we needed to enjoy the island. We used this the entire week as well. We had an unforgettable honeymoon thanks to Bernard and his hospitality! The place is clean, has AC, coffee pot, stove, dishwasher, toaster. The grocery store we went to is 3 minutes away. We highly recommend staying here and will most definitely be back!!

Beautiful stay!
We had a great time here! Condo is as described, bed comfy, everything clean and tidy. The view off the patio is really gorgeous and we loved waking up to it every day! Breakfast sandwiches and Ukrainian White coffee at the Beach Buzz is was so good! The pool is also really nice. My biggest piece of advice though, if you have blond hair avoid getting your hair wet in the pool. I was only in there about 15 minutes with only the tips of my hair getting wet. Immediately showered and when I took the towel off my head. the tips of my hair were bright mint green! I’ve never seen a chlorinated pool turn hair that green that quickly. I was able to buy some swimmers shampoo when I got home and it came right out though. We loved our stay here so much we’ve already started planning another trip to stay at Bernard’s condo again!

What a great way to start off retirement by spending it at Sapphire Beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Beachtacular. Snorkel & float gear available for your use. Seasonings & some condiments were convenient. Someone left the fridge stocked with adult beverages. Nice treat after a long trip. We’ll be back!

Sapphire beach condo
We had an amazing trip to st. Thomas and the condo was exactly as described. Commuication with the owner was excellent. There was lots of extras in the condo. Beach towels, lotions, scuba equipment spices to cook with. The only downside was the seaweed but this was not the fault of the owner. They worked every day to try and remove it.

This is a great unit, the location is fantastic, and I would stay here in again. The room was clean and ready on time. The kitchen had ample utensils to cook and eat with. The view of St John is unparalleled. I do have to say the pictures of the beach out front are no longer accurate. The beach is rocky and unusable now due to hurricanes... However, a quick 1 minute walk takes you to white powdery sand. There are units on that side but they don't get the view of St John, so I would stick with the rocks and view myself vs soft sand and no view... the 1 minute walk was never an issue. The bed was comfortable. Definitely 5 star unit when you factor in value. I'll be back!

Great place to relax, close to lots of things to do. And close to Red Hook.
We came for a family friends Wedding, had a wonderful time in our VRBO, loved waking up and being on the beach, drinking coffee on the patio. Everyone was so friendly, the unit had everything we needed. Would come back to this place, in a heartbeat.
