Built in 2021, 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath home in gated community with covered boat slip included. Gorgeous view from 2 decks overlooking the marsh and Steinhatchee River. Located near the Community Pool and BBQ. Central to everything and a short boat ride to the gulf. The kitchen has a full size gas stove with oven, full size refrigerator, dishwasher and full size washer and dryer in the laundry room. Starlink high speed internet and wifi throughout the home. 75" Television/DVD with Dish Network in the living room and full size TV and DVD player in each bedroom.

This property features a short no-wake trip by boat to the Gulf, is tastefully furnished, and includes everything you may have forgotten to pack. Feels like home in Paradise.

Beautiful home on the Steinhatchee River. We have stayed in several places along the river over the years and this may very well be the best. The main level has a great layout that made cooking and eating around the island so easy for our group of 6. Screened porch facing the river was great for watching the sunset. The home is equipped with everything you need for relaxing and a little fishing.

This property is beautiful and in a perfect location. The dock was perfect for our boat. And the house was exactly how it was described and looked in the pictures. I would definitely stay here again the next time we're in Steinhatchee.

Simply perfect!
This quaint home, located on the river, is comfortable and nicely decorated. It has all the amenities necessary for a relaxing fishing getaway in the quiet town of Steinhatchee. We trailered our golf cart and easily made it to all the little areas around town like restaurants and marinas. The hosts made sure we had basic amenities that most VRBOs don't. Paper towels, condiments, seasonings, coffee bar and even bandaids! These little additions were very nice. Book this spot soon! You won't be disappointed!

Everything I didn’t know I needed AND a pool!
Been coming to Steinhatchee many years to scallop and enjoy the town. Always wondered how nice it would be to put everything up after a day on the water and just get in a pool to cool off and relax. Let me tell you, ITS TERRIFIC! The place has everything from games for everyone to condiments in the fridge. The host is about as nice as your favorite Uncle. Craig was very accommodating. They have a slip for your boat and checking out is the easiest I’ve ever had. Hope to see you again next year Mr Craig. Thank you from all of us.

This home is beautiful, comfortable and everything you need for a relaxing vacation. There was three couples staying here and we did not feel as if we were running into each other at all. The owner is PHENOMENAL!!! He spoke to us as if we had known each other for years. Very accommodating and the housekeeper is the BOMB!! 10/10 recommendations for staying here!!!

Gorgeous view, nice new house
House was clean and so new and nice. Huge upgraded kitchen, big living room, outside decks overlooking the River….it’s so nice! Gorgeous views of the river. Quiet, nice, gated street with not many other houses. Felt very safe. House had everything we needed, and plenty of room. Really nice covered boat dock with plenty of slips and close to the gulf. The walk from the house to the boat dock is a little long, we brought a wagon to haul all our stuff to and from the dock which helped. Overall great stay and super nice house, we had no issues! Will definitely come back!

Great vacation home!
Great location, newer home, and the furnishings make you feel right at home! We love the neighborhood this home is in (in fact, we’ve been hunting for a lot to come on the market) because it is such a quaint little community. Lots of little extras in the house and my mom LOVED the espresso machine. Gorgeous view and great floor plan. And right next to the community pool!

Home sweet home!
This is the ultimate compliment. If you are looking for a relaxing, comfortable, and lovely place to stay - this is it! We stayed for a month and loved every minute. The house itself is beautifully decorated with comfortable furniture and beds. It is well equipped and everything is high quality. The washer and dryer were huge! The second floor master suite was amazing! The pictures don’t do it justice - such a sweet hideaway. We loved the open deck just outside the French doors overlooking the river. Steinhatchee is full of friendly people with southern charm.

New Year's Eve Vacay
This was our second stay. We had enjoyed it so much that we booked this property again prior to ending our first stay. We had a wonderful visit again. This time we found the unit not as clean. There was dog hair and dust bunnies throughout the unit. Dirty dishes were among the clean in the drawers. The towels and bed sheets are thinning and ripping. The bed sheets also did not have a fresh smell to them. We found trash in waste baskets upon arrival as well as toothpaste in the sink. The decorations still reflected Thanksgiving with pumpkins and leaves. It would have been nice to see a winter wreath to reflect the current holiday. Overall, the unit still was comfortable and a great holiday stay. I would suggest a better cleaning and a 'freshen up' of the unit right before the next guest checks in. Especially, if there is a long time between stays, this would definitely be welcomed. My family, as a guest, would have appreciated a more current cleaning of the unit just prior to us arriving. We did enjoy the finished roof and screened in back porch. It would be nice to have more relaxed seating and an eating table out there to sit and enjoy the outside. Just another suggestion on the improvement of the property. Overall, a nice place to spend quality time with the family for a memorable vacation.
