Condo was clean and within walking distance to the boat ramp. Parking was a breeze. Elevator made things easy for luggage and coolers. Boat slip was right out front and could be seen from the balcony. Located directly across from the Sea Hag. Property owner was reachable when needed. Would definitely stay again.

Upon arriving at the condo, we were greeted with a beautiful gift basket from the owners. What a special treat! The unit is well appointed with everything you need to prepare dinner in every evening. The unit was very clean & orderly. Beds were extremely comfortable. The owner checked in to keep us posted with work being done around the building by contractors so it would not interfere with us coming or going. We will absolutely stay here again and have already begun planning our next trip in April. Thanks for making our Christmas Fishing Vacation so special. See you in the Spring!

My husband and I had a very nice stay. Grateful for the elevator to the 3rd floor. The view was very relaxing. We rented a boat from the Sea Hag (It is the name of the business I'm not being rude.) across the way and had a wonderful day! We took advantage of the dock and sat with the local birds. (pelicans & seagulls) It was a very enjoyable vacation.
