"Great location for walking to the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia, Gulhane Park and Topkapi Palace. Very friendly and helpful staff, especially Mustafa, Emre and the young lady helping at the breakfast buffet. Only downside is the loud music from one of the bar/restaurants across the road which went on until 2am on a couple of nights."

"This charming hotel is well located amongst meandering narrow streets. There is a-lovely rooftop bar and restaurant to see the sunset. Most of all, the staff is wonderful and so helpful with taxi fares and Istanbul informational maps. We loved this hotel."

"This hotel goes out of their way to make you feel their hospitality. The moment you arrive they offer you Turkish tea or coffee and orient you to the city with a map and answer all your questions about where you are and how to get to the major sites. They even offer to help you book things if you need the help. The Turkish bath is reservable and you get it all to yourself. That heated marble slab is not to be missed! The breakfast is tasty and has all the Turkish flavors you will want to try and a few things (like scrambled eggs) to make you feel at home. Rooms are a nice size and the bed is comfy. If you like to be waited on hand and foot then this is the hotel for you!"
