"This is a very reasonably priced hotel for Zurich but it is very basic and not well equipped, 1 mug, 1 large plate and 1 small plate - all for 2 people. The shower cabinet was missing part of a door so didn’t close the whole way and no where to hang wet towels. Also the bed is in a corner so one person has to climb in and out from the bottom. "The best location, views and luxury room! Beds were SO comfy, room was HUGE and immaculate. Highly recommend over staying In Lucerne- website does not do this hotel justice. Only downside was no robes in room and my room was missing a coffee pot-our friends had both items in their room so probably a fluke! "

"We loved this place. It's in a big old farmhouse and doesn't look like much from the front, but it is a hidden gem. Mike runs the hotel so well & is really helpful; they should change the name to Mike's Place. It's really clean, comfortable & has everything you need.
